Mike, Owner

Mike has been in the flooring industry for 13 years. He was a flooring apprentice for 3 years, learning from a seasoned hard surface pro before starting his own flooring business. He continues to learn the craft with getting as many certifications on new to market materials. Mike prides himself on being punctual, precise, and transparent for his clients. 

Stephany, Owner

Stephany has been married to Mike, and helped him start Mike's Flooring. She is knowledgeable about flooring material, and has been selling flooring for the past 3 years. In addition to sales, Stephany does all estimates, invoices, and billing. If you have any questions, or to get general information feel free to contact her.

Xavier, Apprentice

Xavier has been learning the ropes from his dad for the past 3 years. Flooring is in our Family, and he would like to continue the tradition. He is an eager apprentice, and in addition to our more seasoned helper, is learning each of the services and all the details that they require.
